Selected by the White Sox in the ninth round of the 2012 June Draft out of Indiana University…limited to 80 AB as a junior due to an elbow injury suffered in the Cape Cod League in 2011…he is becoming an accomplished artist, and his work has been featured in hotels, museums and art exhibitions, including two shows over the offseason…he has also held a show at Dodger Stadium and was asked to do a live painting as part of last year's All-Star events in Miami…he credits Dodgers skipper Dave Roberts for encouraging him to pursue art.
