Braves to host 'Game on the Green'

ATLANTA -- The Braves' game against the Blue Jays on Saturday afternoon will be shown on two large outdoor projection screens in the Smyrna Market Village as part of the first "Game on the Green" festival.

Braves fans are encouraged to come out and attend the free event, which will include appearances by Braves alumni, the Braves Tomahawk Team and the Heavy Hitters Drumline.

There will also be inflatable baseball skills games, prizes and giveaways for those in attendance.

Mitch Evans will broadcast the Braves Radio Network pregame show live from the Atkins Park Tavern in Smyrna Market Village, beginning at noon ET.

The game begins at 1:10 p.m. ET, and it will be shown on SportsSouth.
