Braves set to hit the road for Country Caravan
ATLANTA -- Many of the Braves' players, coaches and personalities will once again spend the weeks leading up to Spring Training traveling the Southeast and allowing fans to enjoy the second annual Braves Country Caravan.

The Braves plan to make more than 25 stops and travel at least 3,000 miles during this two-week Caravan that will begin Jan. 24 and run through Feb. 5.

Like during last year's event, players, coaches, broadcasters, alumni and team executives will take time to interact with fans and sign autographs. The meet-and-greet opportunities will be staged at children's hospitals, military bases, schools, Publix Super Markets and Academy Sports + Outdoors, which is serving as the presenting sponsor.

The Braves have released a preliminary schedule for this year's stops. They will later reveal which players and personalities will be part of the traveling parties assigned to the different cities. Community appearances in many of the cities will also be announced at a later date.
